This is episode 6 in the series: How to buy a house step by step guide, and today we are talking about the documents you will need to be familiar with at the time to make an offer on a house. In North Carolina you will need the 15 page Offer to Purchase and Contract, the NC Residential Property Disclosure, the Mineral, Oil and Gas Disclosure, and if the home was built prior to 1978 you will need the Lead Based Paint Disclosure, along with your pre Approval for mortgage. These real estate property disclosures will be provided by the current owner and seller.
